What does network support cover?
Networks rarely fail loudly. They degrade: a switch port errors quietly, an access point reboots at lunchtime, a backup link stops backing up. Monitoring catches these while they are still small, and maintenance stops them recurring.
We monitor the switches, Wi-Fi and firewalls we install, keep firmware and configurations maintained, and support the network remotely and on-site when something does break.
