What is home fibre?
Home fibre (FTTH, fibre to the home) is a fibre-optic line run to your house. It carries data as pulses of light, so it is faster and more stable than ADSL, fixed LTE or copper, and it is not affected by distance from the exchange.
Ordering it is the part most people get wrong: each fibre network operator only quotes its own footprint, so the offer you see first is rarely the best one available at your address. Vectorox checks coverage across all the major operators, brings back comparable quotes, and manages the order and the installation.
If part of your week runs from a home office, the home line is part of your working setup. We treat it that way: the same feasibility checks, the same support desk.

Home or business fibre?
For the household
Home fibre
A line to your house for streaming, gaming, smart devices and the home office, sized for a household's use.
For premises that earn
Business fibre
Stronger service levels, faster support and broadband or dedicated options, for premises where downtime costs money.
▸ Our recommendation
If the address is a shop, a practice or an office, quote it as business fibre: the stronger service levels exist for exactly that case. For a house, home fibre is the right product, and we will tell you if your use looks like it belongs on the other one.
